Mortgage Mates are an accredited member of the Tenant in Common Exchange (ticX). Being a ticX member allows us to list a property on the ticX that you are interested in taking up an ownership share in. Should a Mate wish to resell their share of the property, we can facilitate that through the ticX platform.
